Is this a physical bumper?
No. This is a digital product: you receive the design files (DXF and PDF) to manufacture the bumper yourself or with a local fabrication shop. No physical item is shipped.
What is the difference between FB6.1DM20+ and FB6DM20+?
FB6.1DM20+ is a customised version of Design 06. They are sold as two separate file sets, so choose the one that matches the design you want to build. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
What equipment do I need?
A CNC cutting machine (laser, plasma or waterjet) or a cutting service, a press brake for bending, and welding equipment. The PDF drawings show how each part is bent and assembled.
When and how do I get the files?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed. Download them from the order confirmation page or from My Account › Downloads. A download link is also emailed to you. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
Can you adapt this design to another vehicle?
Yes. Contact us with the make, model, year and cab type of your vehicle (for example: Isuzu D-Max 2021 double cab), and we will tell you what is possible.
